How I Can Help…
I am a passionate therapist who is committed to continuously learning about the art and science of transformative trauma treatments. I combine various therapeutic modalities in my practice to provide personalized care tailored to each individual's unique needs. With a strong interest in neuroscience, I strive to educate my clients about trauma and challenge societal misconceptions surrounding mental health.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which I use as my primary treatment modality due to its effectiveness in addressing trauma. Additionally, I integrate cognitive behavioural models, somatic techniques, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work, ensuring a comprehensive approach that resonates with my clients.

Trauma can be any distressing situation that overwhelms a person’s ability to cope. Many individuals encounter significant events that leave lasting impacts on their emotional and physiological responses, shaping how their nervous system functions in present-day situations.
EMDR therapy is particularly effective not only for addressing trauma but also for treating other mental health presentations such as depression and anxiety. If you’re wondering whether a trauma-informed approach is right for you, I encourage you to reach out. I would be happy to discuss your individual circumstances and explore whether we could be a good therapeutic fit.
